If a product is faulty and returned within the guarantee period with a proof of purchase (e.g. Till Receipt/Online Order Confirmation) we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Returns With Receipts
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with its receipt within 30 days. We are unable to offer refunds on sale items but can offer an exchange for sale items if returned within 7 days.
Any refunds will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present.
* Gifts bought for Christmas between 1st October and 24th December can be returned up to 28 days after Christmas Day (22nd January).
Returns Without Receipts
If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the lowest selling price of the item. This does not restrict your rights to return faulty items with a proof of purchase.
Items in a multi-buy offer, returned without a receipt, will be exchanged at the lowest multi-buy price or the most recent selling price, whichever is the lower.
Please note that some items require customer maintenance. This is not a warranty issue. Certain mechanical/electrical items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to check faulty items for faults including defective or inferior battery usage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any online orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed will be entitled to a 100% refund. Any orders cancelled after this may incur charges (such as delivery costs) being deducted from the refunded amount.
