Savings Club

The savings club can be used to reserve any goods sold within our stores.*
The club allows you to spread the cost, interest free, whilst having the peace of mind you won't miss out on popular items. In addition it helps to keep goods hidden from any prying eyes!
The club is available all year round however mostly utilised at Christmas and as such is commonly known as a Christmas Club, but dont forget it is not just for Toys.

How to use the club:

1. Set up an account in one of our stores which offer the savings club
2. Pick out the items you wish to reserve
3. Pay the minimum deposit of 10%. You can pay more than this if you prefer
4. Pay in installments which suit you or alternatively pay the remaining balance in one final payment
5. We will hold the goods for you until they are paid off and you are ready to collect or for the items to be delivered

Reserving Online

We are currently unable to offer an online reserving service. If you are unable to get to the store please call up the store or message us on Facebook where we will be happy to reserve the goods you require.

* Please note the only exeption is that SALE (red labels) goods are not able to be reserved on the savings club. This does not include items on offer (blue JAC Stores labels), these are able to be reserved.

It is very easy to join, all we require is for you to fill out a simple form and then we will assign you an account number and a card for your account. This then allows you to start reserving items.

Please note the savings club is only available to Isle of Man Residents.

The savings club is offered in Ramsey and our two Douglas stores, JAC Stores - Strand Street and JAC Stores - Castle Street. This service is unfortunately not provided in our Castletown store for logistical reasons.

Please note that clubs are specific to each store meaning any goods on reserve or payments made are only valid in that store. We can however transfer goods from one store to another and reserve these on your club if required.

How do I know which store my club is setup in?

If you are unsure which store your account is held in then please check your account number on the back of your savings club card. Each store has an account prefix specific to that store:

Ramsey - Accounts prefixed with RA

Castle Street - Accounts prefixed with CS

Strand Street - Accounts prefixed with JACSS

We offer free island wide delivery over £19.99, under this value can still be delivered for a small charge of £2.50.
We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days, however please note this may increase to 3-5 working days during periods of increased demand (e.g. Christmas).

If you require use of our delivery service please give as much notice as possible as the delivery schedule gets very full towards Christmas.

Yes absolutely!
You can pay your 10% deposit, remaining account balance or any amount towards the remaning balance over the phone.

You can collect your club at any point as long as the goods are paid in full.

For items reserved for Christmas these need to be paid for by the 20th December and collected or delivered by the 24th December.

For items reserved outside of the Christmas trading period these need to be paid and collected or delivered within 5 months.

Please remember to give us notice of a few days before collection so we can get the goods ready for you and save you waiting. Goods may not be held within the store and therefore would not be available unless notice has been given.

If you wish to collect some of the goods from your club, at least 10% of the value of the goods still held for you must be retained in credit on your account.

If an item decreases in price we will amend this on your club and contact you to confirm this has been done.
Alternatively, if a price increases in store for any reason (e.g. an item coming off offer), the price will reman at the price you reserved the item at.

Put simply, you will always receive the lowest price for any items on reserve.

If you have lost your savings club card then please contact us at enquiries@jacstores.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement card to be sent out to you.
